There is another Bot Ryan made a long time ago that is for Blitz. That is the one he was talking about. Blitzbot was the SYI bot, and RuneRebels Stress Tester is a new one, made to help other people with server development.

I've used the AllGofree blitzbot, to crash some server. I find it funny to crash people their server, when they just began to start with the server. xD Now I've another to f**k up some other server. :D
