It is, but it's not 100% working yet. It's about 90% done since some patches don't work and I believe putting fertilizer on your patch doesn't do anything.

Well I organized the past RR events, I stopped because not many were attending but If I could get a decent amount of people attending then I could possibly put together an event. RR 2.0 is scheduled to release in December as well so maybe we can hold a pre-2.0 event :)

There are plenty of level 3's that skilled pretty damn hard to earn their place. I would go with option 2 for the reminding them to log in within a certain period of time or their name would be taken. We could then DISABLE not delete accounts because that would be very unreasonable to just delete someones hard earned skills (whether they are high or not) just because someone wants their name. Players will more than likely come back once more players are here also, most players aren't play simply because there isn't an active playerbase to attend to.
