While a Halloween event would be wonderful, I'm not sure if it's a good idea for them to start programming a event or something when they could be working on the core gameplay. Kevin did say that they were planning on a December release date which I would rather wait for that then have it extended because of a Halloween event. Just my opinion though.

Actually It is allowed, we just don't support any actions taken in the process. If you lose your money then it is your fault. If you are doing it for Real World currency on the other hand, you will have action taken against you.

There is no longer a tab for the highscores, but you can still find the link to the highscores under the front forums page.

Yes, but they are working on some core aspects of the game and the server can't run while this is happening
