Would somebody please tell me what you revive when you pickpocket a NPC in-game? (what item from each NPC)

Normal npc's: Man, Woman Etc.. Give you up 5gp
Farmers ,Master farmers: give you different seeds and cash as well


I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade... And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party.
