That would be hilarious... I held onto over 2k unf potions waiting for a random double xp time, but it never happened.  Then i held onto a significant number of crafting supplies, but figured, eh - no double xp in the near future.  It will happen now.  I hope you have a shit ton of smithing supplies lined up!!
