well it's sort of necessary at the moment when about half the assigned monsters aren't in game.

Why not?

Because originally you can only switch from a hard task to an easy one. Then you can't anymore. But I'm not sure if this is correct or not, enlighten me

We're actually looking into Slayer. Majority of the NPC's are spawned, they just aren't accessible. Like the NPC's in the Slayer Tower for an example.

JT has a list of Quests he wants to get done first, and the Quest Developers have a few Quests they would like to do. I don't want to say for sure, and I am not saying it will be done by 2.0. But I know Priest in Peril is on their todo list.
