A few forum fixes on the move! (5-13-13)

I'm currently traveling, so I can't really do much, but I decided to fix the forums up a tiny bit!

- Renamed the "Other boards" section to "Miscellaneous Boards"
- Moved Off-Topic to Other Boards.
- Moved Suggestions to Other Boards.
- Created a price checking board in the marketplace category.
- Moved General Media and graphic design to Other Boards.
- Created a current world events board in the Other Boards category.

Well Me is so people don't get confused between me and Happyguy3216.. because some people might type in "happyguyforum" in the game to add me as a friend when in the game I am happyguy3216. That's mainly why i show up twice XD
