I don't like the yell thing where someone talks and it pops up on ur screen, is it possible to remove it?

I think it's only supposed to pop up like that if you're on tutorial island. At least, it stopped for me after i got to lumbridge.

I don't think they will remove yell, It's not really a "gainable" command if you get me. Plus it's an easier way to talk to everyone, Seeing as people will be scattered everywhere  ;D

but once the server gains 1000+ players, yell will get out of hand. even with 100 players.

There will always bee a mod on. Maybe they will only make it usable for Staff Members so it's easier for them.

Either way I don't see it going.

Ryan already said in-game that the yell will go away after launch. If you need to talk to some body after that you can pm them, I'm guessing varrock big bank will be the big place for selling items like in rs before the grand exchange.

Garrett is correct, yelling will not be a part of the official release. Right now yell is enabled for testers so that they can all communicate easily with each other and with the developers on the game.  :)
