conserned about client

Hi i'm new here. i went to download the client and my browser is giving me warning that the file appears malicious.  this is making me wonder about how safe the download is.

and one other thing when i tried to join the IRC chat i get a warning that there are components that could indicate a security concern.
please are these both safe?

They are both safe. You can scan it if you don't feel safe.

ya i got the same message, but haven't had any problems with the client

Java has so many exploits its rediclous. No need to worry though, these are usually not exploited as it would have to be the development team here giving you malicious files. That is not the case though as they are trusted. Nothing to worry about. :)

If you want, try running it through sandbox or a website to see if its a virus or not :P
