UPDATE PACK #9; ALL NEW COMBAT!

With this update we are introducing an entirely new Combat Formula, built from the ground up. We have done tons of research and built highly sophisticated automated tools that do very complicated math in order to build this system, and we feel that it is finally ready for release!
This new combat formula completely replaces the old one for both Players and Npcs, and should introduce the old RuneScape Combat Triangle from 2006 that we all know and love. We hope you guys enjoy it as much as we do, and we hope that it helps attract new members to the server and to the community! Enjoy!!!

In other news...
The clipping update is the next major update that we are working on; after this is complete, the server should feel exactly like the old RuneScape. ;D

Full update list:
Engine version 69.
   - Improved the speed of Npc and Player deaths.
   - Fixed a bug with the death animation.
   - Added support for loading Npc stats from the database.
   - Fixed various bugs in the transferItems method. (Credits to Silabsoft!)
   - Added support for Npc bonuses.

RuneRebels plugin version 5.
   - Added support for Npcs in the new combat formula.
   - Added Npc levels.
   - Added Npc bonuses.

Item wield requirements version 3.
    - Fixed a bug where name requirements didn't work at all.

Commands plugin.
   - Fixed ::vote.

Free to play plugin.
   - Fixed a bug with the Apothecary.

Magic plugin version 14.
   - Added all enchanting spells.

Core Old Engine plugin version 2.
   - Fixed a bug with the music list.

Core 317 plugin version 11.
   - Fixed bug with drop item packet.

Trading plugin version 8.
   - Fixed a bug with interfaces.

Bank plugin version 7.
   - Fixed a bug with interfaces.

Npcs
   - Added all NPC's combat stats
   - Added Earth, Wnd, Water, and Fire mages south of Falador.
