Jmod's kinda confirmed the ring of wealth was worthless because all it does is decrease the chance of getting nothing //empty drops.
Since the runerebels droppingsystem doesn't support empty drops, this ring would be worthless anyway, and even if everything worked, it would still be a pain in the ass since the effect of the ring would be so small considering the blanco drop rate of dust devils are already real small :P

Didn't the ring of wealth double the chances of getting rare drops? If not then that must have been a common myth back in the 2006 days.
