Whats wrong with my Client?

When i run my client, it shows http://gyazo.com/f992e9fa4ec8b2e5a10097319a76183a , then goes on to say starting without updating, then the loin screen is the one with the moon in the back. Just wondering whats going on.

The RR server has been taken over by ancient spirits from the year 100BC. They have to be expelled by chanting various phrases only found in a book hidden in the temples of old. Good luck.

The client host is down. When it comes back up everything will be resolved.

Ryan is hosting it himself, we did the same as before we did on kevins computer when we got ddosed, I think the second downtime was because he closed the tunnel, because his internet got back up, I guess
