No, loads of people make knives.

Yeah you need to do a quest, the one in Burthorpe or w\e but it shouldn't be rule breaking. It'll be ages before the quest to make knives is released probably so I don't see the problem with having the ability to make knives/darts now.

Fail, knives do not need a quest. Darts however need the tourist trap quest.

anyways they are both slow as hell so i'm not sure why you would waste time making them

Knives don't require feathers or arrow shafts. They are a cheap, ready-to-go option.

Knives are one of the best ways to train range ._.

you throw them super slow in this server lol, anyways all im saying is it wouldnt be ideal to make them while they arent fixed or working properly
