Make these forums more related to Rs. (not copyrighted stuff)

Like darker skin, stone or old wood, old paper details on menu and background. I know it's not very hard to do and code :)

New themes COULD be added, but it really isn't a priority right now. I'm sure later on down the road they will offer more themes. Really not needed now, they look fine IMO.

I think the theme should only change if its a Rune Rebels replica of runescape 2006 if not i don't support this

Much less of the fact that some of the themes don't have built-in drop down menus either for main forums links.

I was going to make a topic on that, but this one seemed accurate enough
