I'd want all the F2p quests done. That way they'd be able to get all the F2p areas done before seriously starting to work on the P2p areas.

I have gone and listed some important quests but mainly the small ones to add more variety.
1. Priest in Peril
2. Nature Spirit
3. Fishing Contest
4. Goblin Diplomacy
5. Big Chompy Bird Hunting
6. The Lost City
7. Waterfall
8. Dragon Slayer (but all f2p quests before Dragon Slayer)

Dwarf Cannon
Horror From the deep
Priest in Peril
Death Plateau

It'll be a pretty important quest though, because it adds rune platebodies. You make a fair point though.

The first time i beated elvarg in real RS, i was only level 36 with adamant fulls and adamant scimitar (F2p). If they'd be able to "perfect" it, there'd be a lot of people who could easily kill it.

I beat elvarg as a level 20 with prayer :p

Only one comes to mind at the moment, and that is the Lost City.  Cosmics. :)  Oh, and the one where we can start Herbal. :)

I noticed there is no vials at the Ardy general.  I hope you add those in, or allow us to make glass. :)

Elvarg was insanely easy... Ive beaten it in rs on lvl 25's and some guy did it with a level 3 (pre eoc)
