I think the signature size limit should be increased just a tad bit as some signatures such as my highscores tracker is kind of small to read

Yes upload the pic to http://www.tinypic.com then copy the [img] forum link and paste it in the signature box

To use a signature you post the image link within these BB codes: [img] and then the same again but with a forward slash before the 'i'

Also, the image limit should be raised

I want a few small (16x16) icons in my signature but I can't add more than one...

if you want your signature to be bigger just left click on it and it will enlarge it, I also think the image limit should be raised and add a spoiler to hide your signature so if people want to look at them they can open the spoiler.
