General / Dior's Supercilious RuneLocus Shower Showdown

Hey, I was thinking that we all could vote for the"RuneRebels 2006 server" on RuneLocus at 9 am and 9pm, (since there is a 12 hour bracket). If the voting time is organized, I believe that more people will not forget to vote. If you don't know where to vote, there's a conspicuous post that says "Vote Here" just as you click into the main forum page.
I've decided to vote for this server twice every day (except the days when I'm going on family vacation) even when I'm not actively playing RuneRebels. Why? Because you never know when you'll come back, and you end up helping the server and its people nonetheless.

I'm selling mole skins and claws (dropped from Giant Mole) which could be traded in for Bird nests, depending on whether bird nests will be added in the near future. Bird nests can give common to very rare seeds like tree seeds.
I have lots of mole skins and claws. PM me in-game or personal message if interested. I have 1 farming.

My name is Dior, here to give new players a helping hand in this server. Anyone level 42 or under can win a Rune Med Helmet (x5) from me. Just message me in-game and say "Ask me the questions Dior, I'm not afraid". I will ask you three questions, if you get them right, you win up to one Rune Med. But be warned. These questions have turned the mighty historians of the past insane. No man, even Will Smith, has successfully braved these questions. SO!!!! Hi. My name is Dior. I have not played this account in a while. In fact, I should not even be able to...since I gave it away. Most likely, a guardian angel changed my previous password to what it was once before. "Bill".

I am writing this message because...I want to tell all of you what went wrong with the player population. When I was around, I gave free money and stuff to noobies at Lumbridge. In other words, I was showing the new players that the community really had something special. I tried warning a lot of the skillers/active players on these servers to do the same. Sadly, they did not listen. As a result, I saw the player population dive down within a few weeks.

As of right now, this message seems like I'm trying to preach that "I was right, blah blah". No. I want to just emphasize that should this server ever be "blossomed" into the state t'was before, the active players will need to try harder to help new players.

So, what have I been doing after I stopped playing on this account? Well, I went back on to my playstation 3 and played "Dark Souls", "Battlefield 3", and "MW3". In a month or so of playing the online multiplayers on each, I have realized that the community really does matter.

I hope that I didn't sound like too much of a bum bum.

Suggestions, Compliments, And Questions / Deletion of Account Option

Too many spam accounts on this server. This site has over 15k "registered users", but only around 30 people play in the mornings, and a max of 70-ish play during the later times.

So, here is my idea. Delete accounts that are over 6 months old. I'm pretty sure that the people who made em don't care about them, or aren't coming back.

This server has had less than 70 players for the longest time. So...I was wondering if something was wrong with the process of prs06 members migrating to this site.

Suggestions, Compliments, And Questions / The BIG problem with this server

All of the pros are in Catherby. They skill all day and night, trying to get 99's. This is good.

However, we had over 50 people come from Projectrs2006 to Lumbridge. All these guys had no idea what to do...and there was absolutely no wealth to go around. Thieving is all they could do to earn money.
More people are coming to RuneRebels, from Proj06 or the 2007 Jagex Server.

Is it right that we just sit around, still minding our own business, when these guys lost their accounts and have to start over?
