Who in Runerebels has 3.1k Diamonds?

You'd have to ask whoever has the amount of diamonds how much they'd sell it for.

If we didn't craft them, Kendall or myself would have been close by getting 99 thieving.  You thieve them from heroes, and you have to thieve A LOT of heroes for 99.

Is thieving doable?

There are several thieving options that work.  Virtually all NPC's in the guide and most of the stalls.  Heroes require 85 thieving, but become much better and quicker to thieve at 90.
