I would like to note that selling useless broad arrows to the general store gains exorbitant gold.  If you see broad arrows for sale in a general store, I'd advise not buying them.

That's something that we have no plans of doing anytime soon.
I hope not. Short cuts should be released with/ after agility as its part of the skill since you get xp from them. :D
