Why the game is not working?

i start world 1 i see 3 players but its not working me?
what can i do?

the error is when i the client its show me black screen and write there:
c:\users\yarden\desktop\runerebels>title runerebels

c:\users\yarden\desktop\rebers\runerebels>java -xmx256M -jar  .\jar\loader.jar
onfigur1  http://www.runerebels.com/resources/config.agf


and in webclient its show me : you know when open "ALLGOFREE" its only change colouse ... and stuck so what can do?
