- Added drops for Tzhaar-Hur



~Shop Updates~
- Added Battle Runes shop (Wilderness, Mage of Zamorak.)

~Item Definition Updates~
- Obsidian Mauls (Tzhaar-ket-om) now have the proper item definitions, low, and high alch values.
- Obsidian Maces (Tzhaar-ket-em) now have the proper item definitions, low, and high alch values.
- Obsidian Swords (Toktz-xil-ak) now have the proper item definitions, low, and high alch values.
- Obsidian Daggers (Toktz-xil-ek) now have the proper item definitions, low, and high alch values.
- Obsidian Shields (Toktz-ket-xil) now have the proper item definitions, low, and high alch values.
- Obsidian Capes now have the proper item definitions, low, and high alch values.

~Bug Fixes~
- Iron Arrows no longer give a magic attack bonus.
- Comp Ogre Bows now give Ranged attack bonuses as opposed to mage.
