Please help, i got stuck!

I shouldnt have gone and got myself here, but it was a hangout spot i used to go to... I went into the mole holes in Falador Gardens, was able to get in, but i can not use the rope to get out.  :'(  If it is not too much trouble to fix i would appreciate the help, i do not want others to get stuck like me.
If i could rearrange the game I'd put Yews and I together. ;)
