Can't eat kebabs

I bought a kebab in Al Kharid, then couldn't eat it. It says "Nothing interesting happens" when I try to eat it. Screenshot will be added later.

I have had this same problem. Bought two to regenerate some health while fighting the alkarid guards in side the small townsquare thing.
