As the title says, the tree marked in that picture isn't able to be cut.

Yes, I found a willow like that near the water at Draynor.  These are minor bugs, I'm sure they'll be fixed soon.

For some reason, one of them doesn't work. It's the same id as the rest of them though.

The tree doesn't work at all, doesn't matter if I relog.

I'm sure many wc'ers have encountered that tree many times before, and like N0va said, it doesn't work regardless. 
If I'm not mistaken there are a few other unusable yew trees laying around the flax area.
