Runecrafting disabled - this was never meant to be enabled
Added quest requirements to wield rune platebody, all d'hide bodies, dragon longsword, dragon scimitar, dragon mace, dragon dagger, dragon battleaxe, dragon halberd, farseer helm, warrior helm, beserker helm, archer helm
Tzharr shop fixed
Shops previously removed now have quest requirements added, and exist again
tzharr npc's now move
Farming shop vanessa in catherby now added

These updates will be applied when the server restarts, also on world 2 shops are currently broken :) please have a nice day

There is a huge safespoting issue with tzhaar monsters being too hard to kill because you can't range/mage them from a safe spot. Was this a part of the update or did nobody report it yet?

Farming shop wont allow you to trade. :/ Darn, and I had all my seeds ready to start some farm.

Nice job here, what was the Tzhaar bug?

Additional note for the Dev Team - Runecrafting is still enabled and is working 100% on World 1. I know its a pain, but I really want you guys to do what you need to.
