[NEW OPTION!]Possible new theme, need opinions

The last one was rushed out to help us look halfway decent, but I've sat down with Classic and we've found a much friendlier and less clashy theme:

Kame offered a logo before I got a chance to try a new idea and it was pretty decent so we worked together on making this:

In all honestly, it might not be a runescape look-alike but its a pretty decent looking theme. The current one is a bit too dark/out of proportion IMO.

To reiterate my statement on IRC (in case you weren't there), I personally prefer light themes to dark themes; therefore, I voted yes.

I may redo it because the new color scheme lets me (the current black one is hard to work with, which is why its so simple)

Not going to vote as I like both of the themes, but I do have to mention that on the lighter version the banner is just ugly, so that needs a change. Other than that seems to be nice.
