The webclient has some problems, due to the new java update, I tried a fix but this wouldn't work because the .jar RR uses is being downloaded elsewhere and java wouldn't let me add that site as an exception :I

So i'd just suggest him to use the downloadable client until a fix gets released =D

The new java update made rsps webclients crash, so you have to use the dl client for now

Just adjust the security to its lowest setting in the java control panel's security settings and restart the browser.
