Forum Rules

What are the forum rules?
I'm wondering because I can't find an official forum rules thread. I only see a set of rules relating to in-game and such. I'm guessing there are no forum rules, and that the only rule is using your common sense, which is to not double post or flame. That would be pretty dumb though if that's the case.

I just sort of hate when people post on topics that are 2-3 weeks old, and their posts don't even help the thread go anywhere.

I don't really care about the case of the missing forum rules thread though, I'm just curious.
