People have their own price for items, as there isn't any official price list right now. They may be a common drop, but that doesn't mean they wont sell to people who just want to get them without trying to farm them.

to some extent you are replying positively if you are warning other players if the deal is bad or not, to help prevent scamming,

If someone is willing to pay 70k for a talisman, then that is not scamming. He's well aware of what he is buying and the cost of which he is spending on the item, there for not scamming at all.
