Noted Leaf bladed spear

While noted the lead bladed spear has a wield option.

To add to this report, here is a screen shot to the issue as the note acts like the spear and there's no graphic used like a note should be.:

Fortunately as you can see this issue can't be used like the classic bug of wielding fletching knives, iykwim.
