Who were they?

I recently went to Lumbridge to do something there, and found the gravestones of Fhillip and Maxmager. While looking at them and well.... Paying my respects, so to say. A question popped into my mind. Who exactly were they?

They were both former staff members of Worldscape.

One passed away due to a drug overdose; the other was in a fatal car accident.

That's a shame to see people die young. My buddy died at age 20 in an accident and going to his funeral was one of the hardest things I had to do.
