I don't know if this is already reported but Thessalia in Varrock will accept money to change your clothes but the effect will not take place.

I think the make over Mage allowes you to change clothes if you are still looking :)

That's cool. I wasn't caring too much about the money (1500 isn't significant but I wanted to change my attire to what the Al-Kharid warriors wear: purple top and black pants and longer beard.

If you could also give me that steel cap as a hairstyle that would be amazing.
