How to make people WANT to vote.

I got an idea how we, as a community, can make people want to vote.

On the forums, when you post a post,  you know how it says like, idk, you're name? Beside that, it should show how many times you've voted XDDD

And, if someone is going to say, "but not anyone goes on the forums", well...
Why, on earth, would you not do it anyway? Just because it doesn't make everyone vote,  doesn't mean it won't be better than what we've got now.

I want a ::vote command that directs me to the runelocus page. That would make me vote.

Or you could put in new smileys that only people who have voted a certain amount of times can access. So a 0 time voter has generic smileys while 25 time voter gets additional smileys.
