Can somebody tell me how i can get to it,it seems that i need to go into gnome stronghold can someone tell me if i am mistaken and tell me how i can get to cosmic alter thanks,

You have to do the Lost City quest but it hasn't been released yet. It's no where near the gnome place :p. As for now, the cosmic altar is out of reach.

oh thanks, i wonder why the tailismon was pointing me that way
