They were out very briefly for launch but are now disabled so they can fix the mines, please be patient like the rest of us.

Some people got it earlier too, probably when the game was released they just went straight to Runecrafting.

Everyone wants to get up Runecrafting, including myself. I actually cant wait to get it up and be able to craft my own runes for Magic. haha
