Register error after already registering

Every time i log on i recieve a message telling my i need to make an account and then im redirected to the home page where im logged in to my account.  im pretty confused right now so quick responses would be great :)

Make sure the password doesn't have special characters eg # @ ! $ % ^ & * ( ). Change your password and retry.

Your name is too long. I think it only goes up to 10 characters.

^ I think your name can only be 12 characters long. An admin can help you with that.

12 characters is the maximum amount you can use for the client to catch your name. I'd recommend making a new account, maybe take out the 'the' in your name :D
