The cutscene from the crypt is missing from the Romeo & Jukiet quest.

This is actually not a bug as during the 2006 time period there wasn't a cutscene on that quest! Trust me we  looked deep into this to make sure this was true haha.

Do you know when RS added in that cutscene?

It's not that I don't believe what you guys are saying but I do remember doing the quest and that cutscene. I also even remember when I completed the quest RS still had the old Romeo sprite before it was updated to the new and current version
