Skill Capes and Yell!

Hey guys, long time no see!

Today, we've got two things for you. We've reintroduced the yell channel for now. You can now broadcast over the yell channel by using the following syntax:

::yell message

Please don't abuse the yell channel! Spamming is against the rules!

And, with popular demand, we've also introduced skill capes! Capes can be obtained from Bob the Cat in Lumbridge, next to the lumbridge guide for 99,000 GP. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to the Bunny Hop emote for the skill cape emotes to work.

Btw, has the Halloween event been included? The login music was a bit different than the norm so I was just wondering.

Yay! Three capes so far, soon to be 4! :D

Also, event was fun, but it glitched on me. The purple portal disappeared on me, but Jamesy-poo fixed it. Thanks James.
