Party Hats!

Hello everyone!

We've decided to, for the next day, introduce party hats into RuneRebels. They can be received by killing the following, with these drop rates:

Chicken -- 2%
Goblin -- 1%
Imp -- 1%
Men/Women -- 1%
Giant Rat -- 2%
Deadly Spider -- 1%

Got my party hat. Will sell for 1k burnt meat. Also, effective immediately, burnt meat is now official runerebels currency.
