I think maybe the time has come to set out a small list of requirements. Nothing big, but just something to say "hey, you must at least be a bit of a veteran before we let you into our super secret club, and give you the secret handshake and everything!"

rather than having requirements written out, I'll only accept those who I deem are valuable enough to be in our clan.
