Over 45 of the 50 combat spells I casted against another player in the wilderness splashed. Surely this is not as intended as I had a very high + magic bonus and the other player was wearing full addy, resulting in a very low magic resistance.

The game sympathized for the poor guy u were bullying ::)

Splashing with fire wave all the fucking time. yeah.
