Awesome updates! I know this thread is a bit old, but could anybody confirm if there are Fremmy Citizens to thieve from in Relleka?

Thank you so much man :D I've been thieving Guards past 45 to try and get 55 but it's brutal haha. I'll give Fremmy Citizens a try now.
