He's a hoarder, probably trying to raise the price of them.

I believe the majority of players would be for the implementation of skill capes, and there are definitely more pros than cons for adding them. It is nice that they are considering them in the future rather than just discarding the whole idea because they are a higher revision than the cut off date.

Pretty excellent. I have no idea how you will manage this, but if you can do it then great. Are you sure it is worth the effort though? Surely we can just refer to the original from Jagex considering it's an emulation of the actual game.

I knew when Jagex announced that they were releasing an old school version of RuneScape that they would, again, ruin it some how. It took Jagex 8 years to create a private server basically. They are complete idiots.

That's some dedication right there. You had no internet but still manage to put the server and website back online. Mind = blown.
