These aren't noteworthy updates.

What new quests are there? I only heard one was released, that's when I logged out.

First, let's go to this neat little thing called Control Panel.


Second, let's click on this neat little area called the Jerba Control Panel.


Third, this very intimidating window will pop up, let's click the Security tab.


Fourth, LET'S MOVE THIS LITTLE BAR TO THE VERY BOTTOM.

I had the most troubles following this step, so pay attention closely.
MOVE IT DOWN TO MEDIUM AND CLICK APPLY.
Now you can play, go along little one. Get that booty on R-R and start slaving.

I just got my account back, only to be more disappointed with JaGeX than when I had quit.
It looks like I was steadily on my way to 99 magic, but I can't even get any money back. All my items are members, (amulet of fury, berserker ring, d plate).
Lost a quarter of my bank to an Armadyl Crossbow, so I only have like 40m lol. Can't even access my bank account.

I was so lost when I logged in, it looks more like a private server now.

This is because your variables aren't set right. Edit your run.bat and change
java -Xmx256M -jar .\jar\loader.jar -configurl http://www.runerebels.com/resources/config.agf

to
