Upon joining the forums (and the server itself), I noticed there wasn't a staff list. This can be a bit problematic because most newer players won't feel comfortable trusting other random players for direction when playing (For example; I had no idea the server was a spawn nor did I know that you could use certain commands that would normally be reserved for Admin+). That being said, I suggest that a forum manager makes a page or a post containing all active staff (in-game as well as on the forum).
