Cave slime (1831) doesn't drop any loot & they are missing attack and death animations.

Wall beasts (1826) do not occasionally attack you when you walk by, it is meant to deal damage if a spiny helmet (4551) isn't worn.

Edit: As of 31st October 2018, this has been fixed.
When entering Zanaris from Lumbridge via the shack + dramen staff, your character will end up getting stuck in Zanaris unable to move or logout.
