IRC is probably going to be your best bet... This is a remake after all so I don't think they're going to be adding features that weren't in Runescape - with a few exceptions of course.

they are ilegally obtained items he talked to me about them ingame.
What items are they then, and why did you black them out?
im not alowed to say but hes going to have to admit it eventually, he was telling me ingame and on skype that he could be banned for having them.

I don't think an application process would be the best way of getting new mods. People can lie and so on.. It would be much better if the current staff chose who they think are worthy of the position.

With the surge of new players, there will probably be more people causing problems sadly.The "report abuse" works in game, so use that.The feature doesn't exist, they dont have the staff part of it set up. So, just PM staff.
It does work now. Players can click "report abuse" and it sends it to some Administrators. We will just be slow at responding to them. If it is something urgent type ::onlinestaff and message one of them for help.
