Broken gates

The gates where you do the dwarf cannon quest south of the coal trucks do not work both the ones on the west and south. not sure if we are supposed to be able to open or not.

The gate to Blue Dragons is also broken.

Edit, since posting this the gate to blue dragons has been fixed.
