Skill Capes?

How would you all feel about Skillcapes being added? I know this is 2006, but some players have came to me with good arguments as to why we should add them.

A couple things to note:

We would probably have one NPC that hands the skill capes out as oppose to multiple "masters." In Worldscape, we did this with Vannaka. We would probably pick a different NPC to give them out for RR.

We would have to delete the Rabbit Hop emote for the Skill Cape emote to be clickable.

Since he gave out the quest cape anyways I don't see a problem with him distributing skill capes in general.

I for one would like skillcapes since they give a prayer bonus and it's a pretty awesome cosmetic. Disagreeing on skillcapes and new realistic content is just dumb. Heck it would even give us all a reason to play more am I right?

I think it wasn't good idea to add them so early (look at the player base) only few players said they want them, we could wait with that idea because there are more important things to add than skillcapes.. but oh well, I know it won't change anything, but i wanted RuneRebels to be as much oldsql as possible and skillcapes remind me of the time in which Jagex had the worst ideas that ruined the game. I don't like skillcapes, no.
