Can not interact with silk trader in Ardrougne

click on the silk trader in ardougne square does nothing. I want to sell him the silks that i stole from the stall but no dialogue appears. :(

He also buys silk for up to 60 gp each if I can remember but you if recently steal from the silk stall he alerts the guards.
